CASE STUDY – EXECUTIVE COACHING
Within a major computer gaming company, a set of 60 senior technical and commercial leaders needed accelerated personal development in a competitive environment. Working with the client, we designed a 2 day simulation, where the participants had to “run a business” in teams, whilst being observed by 15 Vermilion Road consultants. The business had to fire their imaginations, inspire innovation and encourage the techies and the commercial people to work productively together. With lots of plenary sessions, and on-going feedback, there were subsequent coaching sessions, over a period of six months, before a follow up programme to highlight progress. The coaching was solutions focused and intense!
There is now much more cohesion in the group and the organisation’s business performance has vastly improved against the competition.
