CASE STUDY - TALENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
We were commissioned by a subsidiary of a global telecommunications organisation to help them with their Talent Pool. They wanted to identify individuals with the potential and the desire to become “fast-tracked’ through the organisation. We worked with the internal development team to design a process to identify such individuals, involving performance criteria, line manager nomination and psychometric assessment. The output was a scorecard to allow for an objective decision from the internal panel about talent pool membership. There were lots of negotiations around making it right and getting buy-in from the whole organisation.
From our side this meant that we had to work very objectively with all of the data and be sensitive to the outcomes, creating a communications package to work in tandem with the talent process.
