CASE STUDY - INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS
Over the years we have conducted numerous individual Executive Assessments for candidates for key senior roles. The utilisation of objective techniques such as psychometric tests, simulations and skilled interviews adds objectivity and rigour to the selection process. Recently, one of our global clients asked us to move this process to a virtual platform. Whilst this could potentially seem unnerving to candidates, it does represent the new reality of the digital world. We therefore built in assurances and guidelines to overcome any apprehensions. The new process proved easily accessible to both the candidates and to the organisation, with the added benefits of saving time and money through more efficient logistical scheduling arrangements. We have now expanded this service for coaching assignments with senior leaders who have broad geographical remits.
